  • Once the order has been dispatched through our shipping partner (Shiprocket), it cannot be cancelled.

4. Orders Already Shipped

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • In such cases, you may refer to our Refund Policy for eligible claims (damaged or wrong product).


5. Cancellation by Petals & Nuts

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Payment failure

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
