At Petals & Nuts, customer satisfaction matters to us. Since we sell edible and personal care products, refunds are allowed only in specific cases to ensure hygiene and safety for all customers.


1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund only if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A wrong product (different from what you ordered)

  • A product that is missing from your order

  • A package that is tampered or visibly opened before delivery

To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Items Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Taste preference or personal dislike

  • Minor variation in color/size/texture due to natural/seasonal sourcing

  • Orders with incorrect address/phone number provided by the customer

  • Any claim raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (unless damaged/tampered at delivery)


3. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request, share the following:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of:

    • Outer package (with label visible)

    • Inner product packaging

    • Damaged/wrong item (clearly visible)

4. Refund Approval Process

Once we receive your request:

  • Our team will review it within 2–3 business days.

  • If approved, we may offer (based on the case):

    • Replacement (preferred)

    • Refund

    • Store credit

In some cases, we may arrange reverse pickup via Shiprocket, depending on the product type and condition.


5. Refund Method & Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Netbanking).

  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by us (wrong/damaged/tampered item).

  • If the order was delivered successfully and the issue is not eligible, shipping charges will not be refunded.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If cancellation is accepted before shipping, the refund will be processed as per the timeline mentioned above.
