Petals & Nuts is responsible for personal information collected through this storefront, customer accounts, checkout and support channels. This policy does not control a payment provider, courier, social network or other third-party service operating under its own privacy notice.

We use personal information only for legitimate business and legal purposes connected with the storefront.

Payment processing

When you choose an online payment method, payment details are submitted to Razorpay or the payment provider identified at checkout. The provider processes the payment, applies its security controls and returns a payment result or transaction reference to us.

Petals & Nuts does not store full card numbers, CVV, banking passwords, UPI PINs or other complete payment-instrument credentials. Do not send this sensitive information through our contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
