Petals & Nuts operates this online storefront from Lethipora, Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir 192122. By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from this page.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or submit an order. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable right available to you under applicable consumer law.

Eligibility and account security

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place or approve the order for you.

You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, contact and delivery information, keeping login credentials confidential, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

Products, pricing and availability

Product pages show the current description, pack size or unit, price and availability. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless another display currency is selected. The final checkout total shows applicable discounts, delivery charges and taxes.

Natural foods and nature-derived personal care products can reasonably vary in colour, size, aroma, texture or appearance. Images are representative and screen settings can affect colour. We may correct genuine pricing, description or stock errors and will contact you before fulfilment when the correction materially affects your order.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An on-screen or email acknowledgement confirms that we received the request; it does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch.

An order is accepted after payment and stock checks are completed and fulfilment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or a breach of these terms. If payment was captured for an order we cannot accept, we will initiate a full refund.

Payments

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include Razorpay or other authorised payment providers. Your payment is also subject to the provider and issuing bank terms applicable to the chosen method.

Sensitive card, bank or UPI credentials entered in a provider checkout are processed by that provider. Petals & Nuts receives transaction references and payment status needed to confirm the order, but does not store full payment-instrument credentials.

If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the payment reference and the email or phone used at checkout. Bank or provider reversals can take several working days to appear.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver to serviceable Indian PIN codes using the options shown at checkout. Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and can be affected by destination, weather, public holidays, courier operations or events outside our reasonable control.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation, replacement and refund eligibility depends on the order status, product condition and reason for the request. Food and hygiene-sensitive products have limited return eligibility once opened or used.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data, interfere with checkout or payment flows, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

The Petals & Nuts name, original text, photographs, packaging artwork, graphics, logos and website presentation are owned by us or used under licence. You may use the website for personal shopping only and may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without written permission.

Warranties and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the website and product information accurate and the checkout secure, but temporary interruptions, typographical errors or third-party service delays can occur.

To the extent permitted by law, Petals & Nuts is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website unavailability, courier delay, misuse of a product, ignored allergen or storage information, or events outside our reasonable control. Our responsibility for a valid product claim will normally be limited to replacement or refund of the affected product. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms when our products, operations, payment methods or legal obligations change. The revised version applies from the date shown on this page and will not retroactively reduce an already approved claim.
